Community Service
The tenets of Boy Scouting encompass Community Service. Pack 3607 is looking for ways our scouts can be of service to their community. If you have any ideas that we can help with, please "
Contact Our Pack".
Community Service hours count towards our Pack's Journey to Excellence.
Scouting for Food
Every year scouts mobilize to live the slogan - DO A GOOD TURN DAILY. For years, Boy Scouts of America have worked hard to spread the word to teh community about the needs of those hungry throughout our community. With the current economic situation, the need has never been greater
Each year in October, the Scouts will take to the streets and deliver Scouting for Food bags. They will return the following week to collect filled food bags and deliver them to a local community food pantry for distribution to those in need
Scouts who participate will receive a commemorative patch as well as a great feeling of being able to help those in need.
Details on the Scouting for Food for this year will be available once the school year begins in the fall.
Other Projects
Every year, we strive to find ways to help our community, so that our Scouts can be engaged, have fun and do their best. In recent years, Pack 3607 has participated in the Oshkosh Fire Department Toy Drive, the Salvation Army's Adopt-a-Family Program and helped do grounds cleanup at the schools that give us our space.
